Registration Form : You are required to fill out our Online Registration Form for each delegate application.
Delegate Applications and Selection : In addition to the registration form, you are requested to submit in person or by secure means, a ministry profile and resume, along with a photograph, DVD, CD, and minister’s recommendation of your ministry to CfaN USA for delegate selection. These submissions are due no more later than 10 DAYS after the application is submitted, are non-returnable and will be passed to Evangelist Bonnke for his information and final selection. Final date to receive materials is March 5, 2008.
